Please read this Provider Agreement carefully before registering as an educational program provider on the DWUL platform. By creating a provider account and listing programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms contained herein.

Important Notice

This agreement is a legal contract between you and the DWUL Foundation. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the DWUL platform as a provider. Please review our complete policies at the links provided.

Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "I Accept" during the provider registration process, you confirm that:

✓You have read and understand this Provider Agreement
✓You agree to comply with all terms and conditions
✓You are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization
✓You will maintain all necessary qualifications and insurance
✓You will deliver programs as described on the platform
